The most beautiful ice-cream parlour around. Delicious ice-cream, great selection of flavours (sundaes are awesome) and a mean hot chocolate. The staff are all delightful and always super friendly. Has to be the most instagrammable place in Fife too!
We visit regularly and have never once had a bad experience.

Been to Novelli’s a fair few times and it never fails to impress. The staff are, without exception, very friendly and patient. There’s a great range on offer and the ice cream is delicious. On this occasion we got sundaes. I’d previously always gone for cones. I liked the mix of flavours and textures. There’s tons of options for you to have it exactly the way you want it. I had pineapple ice cream, honeycomb, raspberry sauce and jammy dodger ice cream. It was topped off with a a couple of different wafers and a freshly made mini doughnut. I thought it was great value for £5.50 each.

Best ice cream parlour I have been In Scotland. Very welcoming staff with great customer service and attention to details. Definitely will be back to try the other delicious sweets.

Lovely service. ICE CREAM IS SO DELICIOUS. A little expensive but worth it. Sad there was no pistachio…Might need a bigger tub for the 4 scoops!

Great selection of tradional and more unusual flavoured ice-creams
Staff are friendly and polite and will let you try a spoon before you select your flavour if you're not sure!
Can get really busy when the weather's warm but worth the wait.

So much choice - decisions! decisions!
Great selection of ice creams and sweet treats. Lovely little shop. Ended up opting for banoffee waffle - divine. Well packaged for takeaway too.
