Great choice of real ales and lagers.
Famous hangers pies being served, set in a beautiful village with fantastic local people.
The billet offers live music nights, dj nights and the famous pop quiz nights, last Sunday in the month, which we love going to.
Alison and Paul are amazing at running their wonderful pub and such lovely people. The staff they have on are really nice happy people too.
Highly recommend this pub.
We travel a good way to visit, it will always be our favourite little 'proper pub'

A stunning and well kept boozer, perfect stop off after a dog walk round Hurstwood Res for a no nonsense pub lunch in the sunshine, 2x pie and peas, 3 pints, change out of £25. Splendid.
