Our first time here. I can say that the food was delicious. Specially the main courses. The burger was delicious and so the steak and frites. The hostess and our waiter were polite and courteous. We seated inside and could appreciate the dedication that was put into every plate and how they were examined before leaving the kitchen . I’d definitely go back

We decided to give this place a try to celebrate Valentine's day this past weekend. They did not have the pre fix menu and so we ordered off the ala carte menu. The drinks, food and service was excellent and the rustic and cozy atmosphere added to the experience. We ordered the Korean cauliflower, burrata, chicken and braised short ribs and finished with chocolate dessert. It was all delicious!! Highly recommended!

I don't know why they initially said that they were fully booked.... Or perhaps they just didn't want to feed a family of four. The hostess at the front with the long braided hair seem to be doing whatever she could to make us turn around. That's the impression that we got anyways. On with the review. I ordered the bison and boar Burger and it was outstanding and would definitely recommend. It was huge I could hardly finish it and I'm over 200 lb LOL My wife ordered the risotto dish and it was also amazing done perfectly which is hard to do but the kitchen nailed it. Sister ordered the ravioli and the side of Caesar salad. That was also very good. Have a very good selection of wine.. If you're interested in trying the Tomahawk steak that's also very good but it's a little bit pricey at $180. ( Serves two ) After sitting here for about an hour and a half those same four tables are still empty I don't know who's sitting in them but anyways. I did say they were fully booked for the rest of the night. 🧐

Updated the review after my last visit. Steak wasn’t as impressive as before. Crème brûlée was stunning. The guy in the kitchen…is he really wearing a mask?? I personally think that masks should be mandatory for restaurants. I heard a lot about this place and decided to give this place a try. Did not disappoint me, at all. The atmosphere was very cozy and the service was excellent (special thanks to Rick). We had the Steak Frites with a side of Caesar. The steak was cooked perfectly and very tasty. The Caesar salad was also excellent. Finished it off with their Vanilla bean cheesecake. Wow. My go to steak restaurant from now on.

Overall, we really enjoyed our first experience at Rust. The ambiance and food was excellent however, there is room for improvement on the service side. The waiter did not take time to introduce himself, nor brief us on any of the menu items. That little extra time spent with new patrons, would have earned a 5 star review.

Friendly service and great atmosphere. Unfortunately for the expensive price, the quality was just ok. 1 star coming off because the steak was overcooked. The server said they could make it again but it wasn’t worth the hassle. The other star is coming off because the beer was very flat. Tasted like it was poured 10 minutes before being served.

We came here for a family dinner and the food was excellent! The burger I ordered is amazing and so was the board we shared (picture is for 4). We had our baby with us and I’m not sure if this is the most baby friendly restaurant, but he didn’t fuss and the service was super friendly. He didn’t mind bringing us extra napkins when our little grabber yonked all our napkins and threw them on the floor. Definitely would return again, for drinks, sans baby :)

Busy, upscale-ish eatery with average food and a very pretentious reservation policy (read below) Called a week ahead to reserve a table for 7 and was told they require a credit card to hold the reservation. Was then told that a $25 PER HEAD penalty would be applied if the reservation was cancelled less than 24 hours ahead. I have NEVER encountered such a practice before and find it predatory and not a little pretentious. On with the review Pros: - nice location with good decor - average service speed - good size portions Cons : - slightly overpriced for what you get - very loud when busy making difficult for conversations - food was over salted - ridiculous reservation policy Leaning toward recommending a pass on this experience.
