Burger King

We ordered using the mobile app and youd think we were the first to ever do it... After we marked "were here" we waited for 20 min and after the 3rd person came and went after us i went up there asking about it cause they never called our number like the app said it would... apparently it had been ready and they were waiting for us to come tell us... we ... were ready...? With being 1 of the 3 groups in the entire place it must have been really confusing who the mobile order belonged to... No apology... food was barely warm. Place is dated and Had multiple flies (see picture) as well... their lucky arbys and mcdonalds is their only competition...

Honestly I believe Burger King should stay to its roots. I tried the tacos today and they were horrible probably the worst I ever ate. They were hard as a rock and not really fit for consumption but I did not complain except here. Their 10 piece chicken nugget special for a $1.49 was awesome. The lady that waited on us was also really awesome. This will not deter us from going to Burger King as it is one of our favorites regardless.

While on a road trip recently we were hungry and looking for a place to eat. Once inside Burger King the staff were friendly and patient as we decided what we would like to eat. They showed great personality. When we were about to leave the parking lot in our car an employee ran out of the building and towards us. They had found my phone and went all the way to bring it out to us. It was my first phone and I hadn’t even had for a year. As we live no where near Burlington I would have most likely not gotten my phone back at all if the employee had not ran out to deliver it. They went above and beyond. I would just like to say thank you to the people that work there and helped not lose my phone. Thank you so much!!!!!
