Frequent these kind of places a lot and TR has had the best steaks for years. Every location I have ever been to stays steady. Get there before 5:30 on most evenings and wait is not much.

I can't figure out when it gets delivered the food is prepared incorrectly, every time. No matter the store. Their online ordering system needs alot of work. Food portions are getting smaller once again. Not 5star anymore and I'm sure they are ok with that.

Pitiful. Chicken sandwich. Instead two tiny chicken fingers didn't come close to filling the bun. Lied and said just as good as the chicken sandwich. Last 3 way I got there was small enough to fit in my hand. Prices are going way up and their serving sizes and quality are going way down. Done.
Very disappointed.
Zero stars is more fitting. I posted pics of the pathetic "chicken sandwich". Is that thing worth nine dollars? I'll answer. No.
You need to do better or don't bother.

I love Gold Star way more than Skyline. If you have somebody in your party that doesn't want to have a cheese Coney they have a ton of other options and burgers now.

They Close at 10 but they tell us their oven is off at 8:30 so they would have to heat it back up for 20

Got all of our order wrong and didn't offer an responsibility on the matter, told us to to the store and they would fix it... then closed the store before we got there.
