My daughter spilled her drink and I was cleaning up a mess, and at a time of embarrassment, someone came right over and said he would be happy to clean it for me… he even offered to make a fresh drink, and with a SMILE! I asked him name and he was the store manager, names Parsa. I wish more Starbucks had managers like this, the world would be a better place 🤪

I had trouble deciding between one star or two, but the consistency and severity of the mistakes from this location for UberEats is enough to give it one star.
I was a Starbucks barista as recently as December of 2021. I know it isn't difficult. A mistake here and there happens, but *most* of my orders are wrong.
Today, I spent *extra* money to ensure I would get a good drink today, since I know they aren't the best and I really just wanted a good drink this time. I asked for my grande drink to be without ice and in a tall cup.
I didn't want it watered down, and I didn't want them to make it wrong by adding extra milk. Flling up a cup with milk just because I asked for no ice messes up the ingredient ratios. It definitely says I ordered my drink to be in a tall cup, I double-checked. They gave me a grande cup. It wouldn't be so bad if they had at least not given me the excess milk, but of course they did.
They might actually be doing it on purpose at this point. ):

Nice staff courteous and professional
Yet if you want to charge 4.75 for a Cappuccino you need to have availability of traditional Sbucks powders, cocoa powder one of them - unavailable at this store - has nothing to do with Covid since vanilla was available - just nonchalance - poor name recognition !

The staff here has been unkind on several occasions. The last time I actually confronted one of them and then toned down their attitudes. We are all trying to get through the days.

The highlight of this Starbucks experience was a gentleman named Yoshi. 5 stars all around for him. I don’t know much about coffee, but I needed the energy this morning. Yoshi helped me not only choose a coffee that sparked me up. But also helped me choose one that taste amazing. Because of him, I walked out feeling like I know exactly what I’m doing in the coffee world, and in a great mood.

While on our way to Salem we decided to take a Java Chip Frappuccino. This is our favorite drink and we have tried this at several locations and were never disappointed. There is always one time and probably this was at this store. For the first time I hated it to a point that we decided to throw it since it was way too bitter for us to drink. I am sure there is a standardized way to make these drinks at all the Starbuck locations but somehow these folks decided to diverge from the recipe to deliver a disaster.
Hope they take it seriously and try to improve. There are other Starb
