Kentucky Fried Chicken

Unprofessional. Lady in the front was on the phone when I place my order. I ordered the big Box which comes with Big Crunch sandwich a pice of chicken. I ordered the spicy sandwich, she give the wrong one And the pice of chicken was all dry looked like it was sitting there since morning.🤢 I went back to let her know she told me that it was my fault she didn’t make any mistakes. When I Mentioned about the chicken she said bring back I will change it. So rude and unprofessional will never go back I feel sick in my stomach looking at that pice of chicken.🤮🤑

The food court itself where this KFC is located would get 5 stars. It's a large area with ample seating, continually cleaned, high ceilings, lots of natural light, one large wall from floor to ceiling of windows, great decor, modern. As for KFC the service was OK, the fries and gravey were good, the popcorn chicken & chicken fingers were dry, and the two pieces of chicken, the thighs, were undersized, had hardly any meat on them.
