Bluebird has the best wings in town hands down (and possibly the best smoked wings I've ever had). We are so impressed by how professional they are with regards to safety and etiquette during the pandemic. It is so easy to order and they bring it straight to your car. The gentleman on the phone and who brought out the food was so kind and helpful. Not only is the customer service top notch but the food is incredible!

If you look at the picture of the brisket, you can see it’s very lean and dry. The ribs and pulled pork could have been juicier too. The sides were better than the BBQ. Pickles are extremely tart, great refresher. The Mac and cheese and garlic potatoes were okay. Would not order pigeon pea salad again, the beans were very grainy.

Spare ribs were spectacular - that’s the most important thing. BBQ kidney beans different but delicious. Kudos also for having some great vegan options like smoked seitan with mushrooms. Rest of the sides and salads were delicious. Well done Bluebird!

We moved here from Atlanta and know good BBQ. Bluebird is absolutely delicious and the portions are HUGE. Get on their email list for their deals. We've taking to picking up a dinner for 2 for us and our in-laws (so we can "covid eat together" via facetime) on Tuesdays. Their sauces are great too, not overly sugary, just flavorful. It's also really easy/safe to pick up - they deliver directly to your car. Would love to see a couple more southern sides added - like fried okra and collards.
