Panda Express

I placed an order ahead of time , order said go to register and “say mobile order for ___”. Order was for my brother and it said it would be ready at 12:10. My brother arrived and was told no order was found for him, he called me and I tried calling the store to let them know we did place an order and it had given me a conf #. My brother was told no order was in the system and they ignored him completely. After multiple attempts to get their attention I told my brother to check the cart with the mobile orders and look for his name. He was able to find the food then. 30 mins of being ignored. Extremely disappointed.

I've been to at least 5 different pandas, but this single and sole location is the ONLY one I will Not return to. I've given this particular place of business multiple tries, yet everytime all the ingredients taste old and always make me food sick. I love panda express but this location is not of the same quality I've come to love. Staff are amazing polite and quick, yet it tastes like they are just getting bad/Old ingredients.

Had them a few months ago at this location and I gotta say that all the panda express locations have gone downhill in quality of meat, especially the beef. Chunks of fat and grizzle is not what I want in my food unless I'm ordering a steak. Other than that the restaurant was clean and looked nice, even though ordering was to go only.
