Apollo Restaurant

My family and I love getting breakfast burritos here. My husbands been getting his here since high school days from the original owners. We Usually order here every Saturday.. but the past few times have been very disappointing. After about 3x of purchasing 4 burritos each time and being disappointed, I don’t think we’ll be coming back. Not sure if it’s a change in cooks or what, but they’ve become very inconsistent. These last times, the meat is either NOT chopped up or barely chopped and mixed with the eggs and potatoes. So when you take a bite it’s either all potatoes, all meat, or egg. Then there’s barely any cheese. I opened it up today to find a quarter or an American cheese slice. Again, they’ve become very inconsistent and sad to say there goes our breakfast burrito spot. I hope they get things right again!

Normally I love thos place but today I paid $6.75 for this... 2 pieces old pastrami and a couple pickles. Oh and it's corned beef not pastrami! Not happy! Don't even get me started on the stale bun! 🤬 my husband's $6 burger was old as well.... not sure what's going on today but yikes No love in the food, just annoying.

Overall pretty good. My Club Sandwich had to be 3"tall. Perfect amounts of lettuce, tomato & cheese. There appeared to be only 1 slice of bacon and 1 slice of ham, but I was compensated with a half an inch of turkey. (I would have preferred the reverse, I'm more of a ham and bacon fan than turkey) but overall, a great sandwich. The chili cheese fries were good also. Fries were cooked just right, unlike my buddy's onion rings. They are usually great, but today they were a tad overdone. Likewise, he wasn't overly impressed with his pastrami sandwich either; had to scrape off a thick layer of mayo. But that won't stop is, we'll be back!

Apollo’s has long been a classic for breakfast burritos. I hoped with the change of management that the quality would stay the same. Unfortunately the prices have gone up too far and the quality has gone down. The hash browns are too soft now and the salsa is cut too bulky. 10.25 for a breakfast burrito with extra meats. Won’t be going back for a long time. Get your old cook back. Might need to start going to corner cottage..

BEWARE!! The "best in town breakfast burrito" is a disaster 😫 They put sooo much potatoes that all you get for $10+ is a huge flour tortilla and a lot of mashed potatoes. Money maker for them and cheap stomach filler for the customers. To top this awful cooking they do not clean the store front area at all. The place is littered with napkins and French fries on the ground. The employees simply do not care about the appearance of their business.
