I found the sandwich nowhere near as tasty as it used to be. The person serving was not attentive, did not engage with customers and was speaking in their own language while serving which I found really rude and was very uncomfortable with. A total lack of manners and common courtesy.

The food is ok, however the service needs improving. I tried to redeem a reward with the app and the man working behind the counter wasn't interested and basically just handed me my sandwich and turned away. I'm not sure if he didn't know what he was doing or if he was just rude. Maybe he was both.
