First thing I noticed was that employee out of uniform. Next the food in the food station looked old and not fresh. The food prep area was just a mess with food all over the place. The employee ask me if I wanted Chips and I said yes so she put the chips in the bag with the burrito which was fine. I paid for It and went to the salsa bar but no salsa. There was ice in the bin which haves me believe that they had put It away already probably because they were closing soon, I ask the employee for some salsa and she told me It has been Put away. I asked her again and then she stated that they out of salsa. I mean why give me chips if you have no salsa to go with It. I have for the longest time been a fan of Moe’s at this location and the one at Lavista Tucker but never has It been this messy. I have tried Chipotle and did not like It at all. Moe’s is a 100 percent better but the last 2 times I have at the Mall of Georgia location has not been good. I have been to Moe’s when they were busy and had to wait in a long line but food prep area was clean but today and the last time I was there 3 weeks ago the food prep area is a total mess. I was the only person there and again no salsa. To the Management of the location at Mall of Ga please let’s get this place back to the way It was. Fresh food, clean food prep area, employees in uniform not there street clothes and Salsa for the chips.

I haven't eaten at Moe's is quite some time but I have to say my Steak Homewrecker was very good! We also love the free chips and the guacamole is worth the extra money, it's very good. My wife had a tofu bowl and enjoyed it as well. Overall we had an enjoyable and tasty experience here, definitely recommended.

This location is okay. So much better than the Hamilton location, but we still had some issues. I'm contemplating not ever eating at Moe's anymore. It is just a lot to deal with every time. I ordered online ahead of time, and gave them about 15 extra minutes because there was a lot of traffic at that time. When I arrived, my food still wasn't ready, and in fact, they were out of a couple ingredients for our bowl, not even black beans.. really? Anyways, after they finished our order we were missing a couple items and they checked a couple times before giving me what I was missing. It felt like I was lying to them, and it wasn't their fault. Not cool at all. The food was good, and they were pretty quick even tho my food should have been ready for long and that's why I'm still giving them 3 stars but it could be better. ESPAÑOL Esta ubicación está bien. Mucho mejor que la ubicación de Hamilton, pero todavía tuvimos algunos problemas. Estoy pensando en no volver a comer en Moe's. Es mucho con lo que lidiar cada vez. Ordené en línea con anticipación y les di unos 15 minutos adicionales porque había mucho tráfico en ese momento. Cuando llegué, mi comida aún no estaba lista, y de hecho, no tenían un par de ingredientes para nuestros bowls, ni siquiera frijoles negros ... ¿en serio? La comida era buena, y fueron bastante rápidos, aunque mi comida debería haber estado lista por mucho tiempo y es por eso que todavía les doy 3 estrellas, pero podría ser mejor.

Young lady did not drain black beans enough in my wife's burrito. Everyone looked generally confused and detached. This was the first time in the country anywhere that I walked in and did not here "Welcome to Moe's!". You know it's all downhill from there. Repeating order multiple times, no kids cookies, having to ask for things the menu says come with our food. Left feeling that I got got. 🤣 Will probably avoid this Moe's moving forward. Also the only Moe's I've ever had issues at anywhere.

This is one of my favorite locations to come to…so today I was craving a burrito bowl…when naa-kwalley recommended me try the adobo chicken this time an I must say she was right with that suggestion…I’m glad she made that recommendation for me an I will definitely be back for round 2 of the adobo chicken….
