The Baking Grounds

I had an extra little bit of time here and be a virgin referred to come here to the baking grounds. What a great referral that turned out to be. Wonderful staff very attentive. Clean place everyone cares about your food your service. Service is phenomenal only better advise the food. I have the half sandwich half soup. All of Rosemary bread was fresh and very tasteful the turkey with wild rice soup is fantastic and I opted for it broccoli salad inside potato chips. It's all up at all Cookie it comes with it super. Next time in Beaufort I'll definitely make time to come back.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL job!! My husband and I just had our wedding and we used The Baking Grounds for our cake and they absolutely nailed it. Our cake came out EXACTLY like the inspiration picture I gave them and they allowed us to do multiple flavors and it tasted absolutely incredible. People could not stop talking about how it tasted and looked. Delivered right on time, communication was amazing. We will be using them for ALL future cake needs. Thank you all SO much!

Great decor. Full service Bakery. Stopped in for breakfast and baked goods. Arrived when they opened. Was told they were out of pancakes and cinnamon roll French toast. Ordered cheese and egg sandwich on a biscuit. Nothing special. Picked up scones and eclair. Bakery looks amazing. Breakfast was average at best.

Delicious, smooth coffee. Got an iced latte with coconut syrup and powdered cinnamon, delicious and sweet. The only milk alternative they had was soy milk. At first it wasn’t too good but as I kept drinking it got better. Turns out the syrup wasn’t fully mixed. But it was still so good I got another to go! Their to-go cup is only made for hot drinks. The condensation was softening the cup. But I enjoyed my second drink on the porch bench 😌 Fast, friendly service. The place feels more like a restaurant than a coffee shop to bring ya laptop. Also, the wifi wasn’t working

Thank you so much for this beautiful wedding cake. I ordered the cake as a gift for my sister and you guys exceeded my expectations. The cake looked beautiful and tasted great. The cake was so moist and the icing was not too sweet. I will absolutely order another cake in the future. I was so nervous about not having it delivered, but they did an amazing job stabilizing it so it would not move during transport. If you order a cake from The Baking Grounds, you will not be disappointed!! Their prices are also so reasonable.

Today was the first time I visited The Baking Grounds Bakery. I can’t say enough good things about it! Everything looked delicious! We got a combination of cupcakes, breads, cookies and treats. All delicious!! And everyone working there was very nice. It’s great to go somewhere and feel like you’re welcome there and the employees like their jobs. My daughter and granddaughter and I thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back!

Baking Grounds did my wedding cake 16 years ago when they were home based and it was AMAZING. Decided to try them for a special occasion - my daughter’s 15th bday. They took a photo and an idea and was able to make it work for us. It was absolutely beautiful and delicious. She was so happy with her birthday cake.
