Wendy's

I've never been to a Wendy's so unorganized in my life. The doors were locked and many customers were locked outside for good 5 minutes and some people left. The floor and everything was messy and dirty. And at some point I had to go open the door for a staff as a customer. And when I was waiting for my order for a while someone finally asked me what I was waiting for and turned out that my order was right behind him. I honestly just want to laugh this is such a joke.

Food wasn't too bad but service was. I didn't get any of my drinks, they sat in the windowsill but then they weren't handed to me and in the shuffle I forgot it, they didn't give me the right sauces so my children were squabbling over sauces, I realized I forgot to ask for one sweet and sour so they charged me $0.25 for it just to find out they ignored me when I said barbecue and honey mustard and added sweet and sour sauce instead for the children. Now I understand that mistakes happen but when I tried to call back nobody answered and when somebody finally answered they hung up on me making it impossible to write the situation or at least hear what the supervisor on duty had to say. It's unfortunate there was the breakdown in customer service otherwise this review might have been much better.
