Mcdonald's

Spent over $100 in food and had to keep asking for things on the order that were not given to me. My sandwich wasn’t made right, gave me mayonnaise in a six piece nugget box. Very poor attitude. 12 out of 10 do not recommend. I would also like to add that half of the employees are wearing crocs, which is a safety violation. The cleanliness was terrible there was feminine products all over the bathroom and the tables were not cleaned. Lastly I would like to say that my family and I are Mixed race and the rest of the employees in there are African-American, if we are being treated poorly based on the color of our skin what does that say about your restaurant!!!

It's just something about this place when you are waiting for 15 minutes to get "fast food" that doesn't sit right with me. Only to open your burger and the cheese isn't melted nor placed in the middle. I always have to rearrange my sandwich with ketchup & onions on top of the bun 🙄 which are now all over my hands.. ugh,, That's why I always go to Wendys. Sorry not Sorry!

I ordered no cheese on my two sandwiches and for the second visit in a row I got cheese on my sandwiches. At least this last visit I didn't have to pull up and wait an extra 5 minute for my burger with the unwanted cheese. I chose to rip the cheese off myself instead of waiting in line again for a half hour, go figure.

Better than the Elmwood location. At least this Grider location takes orders other than GrubHub...during over nights. It's McDonalds man....you can't expect decent customer service. Also....The work force In This generation is horrible everywhere. "Huh?" And "What?" Are common place. Just a misled generation overall. Over 50% of fast food workers are stoned these days also....everywhere. Food was rubbery and tastless...fries were Definetly old. (I used to work at mcdonalds...and know old fries) .but this is McDonald's man. The corporation does not care much about quality anymore.if they did ...complaints would not be so persistent and consistent across multiple location in the WNY area. I'm giving this location 4 stars because at least this Grider location moved fast at 3am. Don't go to the Elmwood location...unless you can afford to waste a gallon of gas In the drive-thru. (That's real). Conclusion. If your not prepared to set your quality bar very low...just don't go to any McDonald's period. Otherwise your setting yourself up for disappointment.
