First of all the hours are completely different from any other location that I have ever been to. The hours at this location is 6am for drive thru only and 7am to be able to go inside of this location. The staff here is completely incompetent messed my order up 2 time's in a row, what is so hard to toast a bagel and put butter and cream cheese on in cut in half??? Apparently my order for my bagel toasted with butter and cream cheese is very difficult. This location really needs to have the proper training and English classes.

Everytime I get a ice capp from this location it always taste like it's been mixed with soda or spicy gross tried to call but of course they don't have a number for this location

Drive-thru is very rude will have you sitting for at least 5 minutes without saying just a moment. Will not answer you. Will not return. Theres better customer service at the other locations

Is it me or have this tim hortons gotten so bad. Everytime I order, for some reason it’s always something wrong the only time they get my order right is if I’m getting a regular coffee. I can’t began to count and explain how many orders they have gotten wrong. The new drink for example the peppermint mocha ice coffee they always forget the whip cream and sprinkles or they don’t put the mocha in it.

Service was fine. But the men's room had a broken unusable soap dispenser and empty hand sanitizer.

Got served watered down hot chocolate. They messed up my order and I had to pay full price rather than combo place. The employees don't care at all

Waited over 15 minutes to be served takeout... Never was served... I left. Out of 8 employees... No service at the counter
