I am usually satisfied with this place but the last 2 times my order has not been fulfilled to our liking. Even when using add additional comments for order it's ignored. So if I wouldn't check order there I lose out cause I drive a distance to pick up. The more specific we get the more it's not followed. More worse when they are in a rush. Never on time still when get to pick up order,still have to wait at least 20 to 30 more min. Guess it's time to find another new place.

The food isn't bad, but 2+ hours for a large pizza less then a mile and a hlf away is quite ridiculous. Don't tell people within the hour if you mean 2 plus hours, on top of making up lies about being here or getting robbed. No missed calls when they said they were here. It's crazy how this is acceptable for a large pizza.

Don’t even bother with this place. Ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza and they forgot the pepperoni! The most important part. The taste aside was very mid. Undercooked. School pizza tastes better. We also ordered breadsticks and those were over cooked and slightly burned. Inedible and one of the most disappointing pizza’s I’ve ever had

Ordered pizza again today for pick up this time. They only had one of the two ordered pizzas. The food is good if you can get it.

I order a sheet pizza last week from this place was pretty good, then today I called to order food and they say we do not deliver to Broadway Street. I said we just order food last week, it's 1 .6 miles away having a meeting at a business they said no we might get robbed, it's sad that a business can't get food delivered. It's so sad a place of business can profile a neighborhood just by the street name. 👏👏👏👏 Congratulations Carbone's pizza,

FOODIES BEWARE!!
I feel bad for the owner of this establishment. Because of unpleasant employees your losing money. That's the last time I go in there. You guys do know your not in a huge commercial area and you need the support of the neighborhood. I guess your ok with mediocre pizza and bad customer service. Great business moto.

I tried the pizza, it was a sloppy mess. I thought it happens. Gave it another shot, no better, 3rd strike they are out! 3 times and consistently bad. The pizza is a sloppy mess, slices tossed in a takeout box on top of eachother the crust I so thin the it can't hold the toppings ya can't even pick up a slice to eat it used a fork but honestly ill never return

Will never order from this place again. Pizza was good but they told me it would take 45 minutes which was fine but I got there and it was not done and they told me another 15 minutes and then after that they again told me another 15 minutes so after that i asked them again and it was ready 15 minutes ago and just forgot to tell me, plus i was overcharged and when i questioned the price they got nasty with me.
