Life is better at Panera Bread... the fresh healthy food, the other guests & the workers make an atmosphere that feels like home. The app it self or even ordering in person using your phone number racks up the rewards which I admit are pretty generous. I also was sceptical about the $8.99 unlimited coffee because I don't drink hot coffee but love the ice coffee and that's included, YAY!
Oh you gotta try the pick 2 - BBQ Chicken Sandwich with the Citrus Salad with Chicken, OMG so so good. I do add the freezy onions (which is free of charge) it is simply the best. Of course, add the cinnamon roll (get the one with the most frosting lol which is my weakness for only $0.99 because I also have the unlimited coffee. ;)
Lastly, the area up front with the glass windows makes for perfect people watching. The only downfall I would say the glass area gets shut down early & customers have to eat in the back area. But make no mistake, I love this place & 100% recommend it! :)

I like them a lot as they are the only one left on Buffalo to have the Honey and Walnut cream cheese. Thank you. ✌️
But sometimes the service is not magic .. wrong bagel wrong cream cheese not sliced and very rude in general. But when good i always tip!

Worst Panera Bread, EVER. Too bad it is the closest to my house. Twice a week I ask for my breakfast wrap with extra egg white. Usually they REPLACE the regular egg or do NOT ADD the extra I payed for. Today was specially awful with cold scrapes of whatever it is they call “eggs”.

I went here with my 2 oldest kids for a quick lunch and we all enjoyed our food very much! I usually get the broccoli cheddar soup but I ended up getting the creamy chicken with white and wild rice this time. My oldest got the mac and cheese which is definitely made with the broccoli cheddar soup and it's very good and then my second oldest got the broccoli cheddar soup. We got some baked goods to take home. The chocolate filled croissants are to die for. So delectable! The pumpkin muffin was also VERY good. Overall I'm very impressed with everything we got. My oldest loves coming here and honestly I cant complain. I always get something good to snack on here.

Panera is very consistent. I needed to stop someplace quick to eat where I could get salad. I stopped in and used the kiosk. The order came out quick. Delicious. Store was clean

Veges were not fresh cut, pastries were so dried and when I had a bite it became a powder. Also I was there late lunch time and it wasn't that crowded but manager looking guy sat next to my table started having a meeting with loud voice wearing no mask!!
I will never go back to this place!!

Parking, but usual full at peak times.
Staff is friendly, except for the delivery driver who aggressively tried to prevent me from parallel parking on Elmwood and then pulled up beside me and shouted at me with my two kids in the car. #Panera. I ordered a buttered bagel. And received a burnt unbuttered bagel.
