Papa John's

This location provided the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. And from the manager! My husband and I ordered pizza for the family, and 45 minutes later (The delivery time said 30) the first pizza came. I wasn't terribly bothered by the long wait the first time, but the pizza was completely incorrect. I called the store immediately - and all I wanted was the correct pizza. I didn't demand a refund, or anything of that sort, but the manager was super rude and short with me regardless. Finally after playing 20 questions about why the pizza was wrong, she said she'd send another pizza and we'd have to give the original pizza back. So it's not like we could eat the original one while we waited. After waiting another HOUR after calling and letting them know the pizza was wrong we still hadn't heard anything so I called again and expressed how disappointing it was. It would be different if we didn't have to give the pizza back, there was any sort of discount, coupon literally ANYTHING. The manager was very rude again, and instead of offering any sort of solution she just asked if I wanted to cancel the order and eat the pizza that had been sitting out for an hour that we paid full price for. I understand places get busy. I wouldn't even be upset if the management wasn't so incredibly rude. It's been well past an hour now as I'm typing this post. Still no pizza.

Sad I use to work at this place and it wasn’t this bad! What happen to great pizza papa Johns? I placed an order online to pick up and when arriving to the place the door was locked. Finally someone came and unlock the door. She gave me a pizza and it looked sad. I ordered a large not a medium so I ask her to remake the pizza. Please someone train them better! Will not be going here again.

I am a huge Pizza Hut fan! But “THIS” Papa John’s location “NORTH TEXAS AVE” puts the Pizza Hut’s in this area to SHAME! I always place my order online for delivery! My order is always correct, ON TIME, HOT, & FRESH! The staff is so sweet! The young lady who makes deliveries, always calls to let me know she has arrived, per my request. You can not go wrong with this location! Amazing Pizza & Amazing People! Service with a Smile!!!!!

I placed an order online and then called the location right after to make changes to my order. No one answered after calling twice. When I finally went to pick up my order I asked them if the number I dialed was the correct one? The girl at the counter responded no. After I found a pamphlet with their number and showed it to her she responds with “oh yeah it’s our number but our phone hasn’t rang at all” Well it appeared that the phones were unhooked. Way to go Papa Johns, you have lost a customer. This was my first time purchasing from this location and as a customer I was not satisfied. I hope your location manager get the employees in better shape. I’ve been taught that no matter what I do, do it well. Apparently not these folks.

I would review the place better, except I can't even seem to eat here! I have lived in this area for roughly 6 months, and have attempted to order pizza from here at least 4 separate times. Immediately after placing my order, i get a call from a worker at the property informing me that they don't have a delivery driver, always with a different excuse. Sometimes the driver has a flat tier, other times the driver just never showed up. I would be more understanding if this happened 1 or 2 times, but every time I have tried ordering form this place? And, if you choose to pay with your card and end up having to cancel the delivery, you must then wait for a refund. I have learned my lesson and will never order from this Papa John's again!

Seen a a commercial advertising about the garlic crust pizza deal and thought id try it...very disappointed! Pizza was fresh i ordered 2 pizzas it was full of pepperoni and jalapeno the other was a pepperoni with pinapple it had so much cheese it wasnt cut so i had to get it home and cut it, it was under cookd! Ill never order there again! Its some good pizza for having some careless employees! Makes your pizza look bad! The cashier looked mad and miserable even tried to talk and she didnt look at me or say a word! Customer service sucked!

I called at 8:55 on a Wednesday evening and was told that I could not pickup a pizza. The only option was a delivery. Based on the previous reviews about delivery drivers being under staffed I would have thought me opting to pick up would be less of a hassle for them. I’ve never heard of a pizza being open but refusing business that wanted to pick up their pizza. Luckily there are plenty of other places in pizza places in town that I can pickup from instead and I didn’t have to waste my time waiting for a driver that might not ever show.

Your employee called the cops for a welfare check on a mother that just had come home from the hospital with her babyboy. That's the reason why she was ordering pizza was because she was tired. Your overzealous employee was knocking on her door so hard and loud it scared the kids and dogs. Instead of calling the cops she should of apologized. Now she's dealing with undue stress. If this is how you run your business then this place needs to be shut down. The manager was rude as hell too. Corporate will be hearing from me as well. You all messed up and then attempted to blame the mother.
