Fat Shack

Do you enjoy burnt food? Then you have the best place in town! My roommates and I have enjoyed fat shack many times but after our experience tonight we will never be back. After $70 spent you would think they would have some respect but no. We waited 30 minutes after are food was said to be ready just for the food to be burnt and bland. Staff was ridiculously rude and no help, our order we could see was ready but no one would simply hand it to us. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else!!

Fatshack is just how it sounds, everything you get on the menu is just fat goodness!! Got the Philly cheese steak, cheese fries, and fried Oreos, nothing spectacular but not bad either. Got all this for lunch, I'd probably rather have eaten it for a late night snack or watched a movie. Good good stuffs.

You read the menu and think, OMG fries, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, chicken tenders on a Philly cheese steak, this is going to be awesome. Then you open wide and take a huge bite, and everything is bland. No season or salt to the fries, the tenders are basic with no flavor, the onion rings are limp, and the cheese steak the cheese isn't noticed. This is a great concept, but the flavors are not there. The price they charge is not worth it. Use a little salt, use some cheese on the cheese steak, give some seasoning to the fries. Not a place I'd recommend, but would say it's OK if you want to go home and add seasonings yourself. In regards to the reply from I'm guessing the manager saying this isn't the experience that should be expected. This is the same experience I have experienced for the last 3 years I've been back living in this area, and multiple times of giving it another chance. This review comes after no less than 10 times in 3 years trying them and getting the exact same lack of flavor.
