Went in at noon and the place was slammed. The three behind the counter seemed to handle things smoothly. Well done. The online ordering and picky eaters were the only thing slowing them down. Maybe have one more employee dedicated to online ordering 🤔

I recently went to this location and the young man who helped me by the name of Jude was very nice. He explained he was new and was very polite and his attitude is perfect for a job that works with people on a regular basis. Will come back.

I think the remodel has been done for a month or two, and they still have not opened bathrooms which is the reason they closed them. I think they are keeping restrooms closed on purpose because they do not want to clean or maintain. They are using covid reason for not opening seating even though you can eat at the other subway in town on north carpenter which is smaller location.

Employees which are very polite and quick to get you in and out. They don't accept coupons at this location but it's worth the money.

Avoid this location!! The owner is trying to accuse my son, a 15 yr, old of theft when he paid what the cashier rang him up for. The cashier clearly made a mistake and now the owner is asking for my son to come in and sign some kind of paperwork and other nonsense. This is absolute insanity. My son paid his bill, it's not his fault if the cashier made a mistake. She is also threatening to take him to court!! Lol!!! What kind of joke is this?!? If i could give zero stars or even negative i would!

Regardless of whether I order in person or order online, this location just can't seem to do things right. I asked for extra ranch and sub spice this time for my online order, assuming I'd get what I asked for. I'm home now with no ranch, no sub spice, and a pathetic looking sub. If I'm paying $9-$10 for something, it should be done right.
