Worse Dunkin’ Donut. Worker is nasty and speak low. Burned the bagel & is not even hot. Didn’t even taste fresh. They only had two bagels left?! Is a joke.
Don’t have anything there!
I hope the manager sees these review and do something about it.
Disgusting place. Feel dirty and unwelcome.
I hate this place. Never going there again.

I wish I could of given 0 stars ....Horible.... Dont EVER go to The Dunkin On 64th st and 18th ave in Brooklyn NY! I ordered 5 dozen doughnuts and 5 boxes of Joe for a party.... I get to the party and the clerk never put sugar and milk with my order ... My guest's coffee had no sugar and milk! when I went back to get my money back (never used the coffee) they argued with me and TOLD ME I SHOULD OF WENT TO A STORE AND BOUGHT MY OWN MILK!! They didn't refund me or offer to try and make it right and I got stuck with $50 of coffee I couldn't use.

Very bad experience there. I was charged for a medium coffee when I asked for and received a small coffee. Very hostile, nasty workers there. Karma is a real force and it will come back around to them

Tiny lil shop for a quick fix. Polite, attentive, and dutiful female staff. Quality tea. A few tables available for stay. Mobile pay available. Limited availability of restroom due to needed services. Could use some overall tidying as well.

The store is very dirty, has some strange awful smell, and it took long to get my drink even if I ordered online and there was no line at all

Ordered 5 egg sandwiches for a group of people for breakfast this morning: 3 Bacon and 2 sausage. Upon leaving and opening our sandwiches, it turned out that we actually got 2 bacon and 3 plain. It didn't help that eggs on the sandwiches were overcooked and tasted poorly. Needless to say, we had to pick up a different breakfast after the fact. Will be finding a different Dunkin to go to for a quick-stop breakfast.

So this USE to be a really convenient place to go. I don’t know if they changed the staff or who is managing now but it’s upside down my food was half frozen on different occasions. I went in there this morning to order food and the line was extra long and I realized the manager was training someone and I placed my order and waited 15 mins for a 2 for 5$ meal and the new person that was training excuses me of already taking my order already so we exchanged words for a while until the manager finally made my order. I wouldn’t waste my time getting food from here any long.
They really switched it up in here it is way better staff now ! 2/2019
