Panera Bread

The food was fresh and I enjoyed my meal but most of the tables were not clean. However I did find one table that didn't have leftover food crumbs. This is not the usual for any Panera so I hope this is not the case whenever I go back. Note: restaurant is located in the outside food court of the Gateway Mall in Brooklyn near Smash Burger, and the mall is near the Belt Pkwy, Erskine exit #15.

The food was good but the customer service was piss poor. I visited this location a few weeks ago and the two employees stood at a register catching up with an old friend I’m assuming from the conversation. After 3-5 minutes of patiently waiting, I asked if someone would be taking orders. The manager was standing there but acted completely oblivious to the situation and the growing line. When my order was finally taken the two employees gave me attitude. I will never patronize this location ever again.

Theres ALWAYS a problem with this location. Been coming here and ordering delivery from here for a few years. If this wasnt the only Panera in my area I would NEVER come here. I like the food from the company itself but this location stay messin up my food. Regardless of what product is in or out of stock, they STILL mess up orders with what they DO have available. Either I get a COMPLETELY different meal that I didnt order, or have items missing, or the way the food is prepared looks like inedible trash. I dont know if yall need new staff, new management, a new location or what ...but get it together.
