I only recently stumbled on this place, but it fast became one of my very favorites. It is welcoming, relaxed, has a short & simple but terrific menu, and cocktails that delight and surprise. And it's employee owned. What more could you ask for?

Had a first date here and it went swimmingly. Recommend a corner booth if you can get one. Really nice spot. Good drinks too.
Wear a button down, or can dress up a touch more and wear a blazer (for guys). Causal

Looking at the craftsmanship and love the barkeepers put in every cocktail was a really awesome sight. The signature cocktails were quite creative — nevertheless, could be improved in terms of diversity in taste. The bar was nice overall but also too noisy.

I’m so happy to have Donna back! I have so many great memories from their Williamsburg location. I was quite sad when they closed. The new location albeit is a bit of a different atmosphere, but the friendly service is still present, well-balanced drinks are free flowing, and the food…the food is elevated from their former taco offerings. I love that the branca colada slushy is still available, so many brain freezes from this drink!

Intimate spot for solid Mexican cuisine mixing traditional with modern flavors that were each better than the last. Fantastic cocktails including a great frozen one that was one of the best I’ve ever had.

Service and drinks at this restaurant are incredible. Luke greeted me at the front door and was super personable. Lindsay, our server, was so sweet. They gave us a complimentary drink which was really nice! Would definitely come back!

Great atmosphere and service. The cocktails were also quite nice but the food was a bit disappointing. The chicken tostada was basically a salad with very little chicken.
Probably a good spot for after dinner drinks.

Hands down some of the best cocktails I’ve had and I’ve been to many of the Top 50 bars. I went with a group of 5 people and basically tried the entire menu and was surprised how good the food was (Uli’s rice is a must-have!). Considering the area (West Village) the menu is fairly priced and the concept of it being worker-owned makes your dollar go a longer way. The service was very accommodating and music/atmosphere was awesome.

Was so excited to come and support this unique worker-owned establishment after reading about it on Thrillist—and im so glad that we did! The food was excellent, the drinks were perfectly curated and the staff was knowledgeable & kind. Our party of 4 had an amazing time! We’ll certainly be back soon! Well done Donna, welcome to the neighborhood!

I came for the Brancolada cocktail but stayed for the Alfarita and Umami Old Fashioned. The food is also really good - pan-Latin with Mediterranean influences. I can never say no to za'atar and chorizo flavors. Going to Donna feels like traveling! You'll find me here any time I'm in need of a staycation.
