Excellent food. Disastrous service. Since this was our first time on a Wednesday evening, I am ranking the food as the most important attribute. But if this restaurant is to be successful, major improvement needs to be made in the server skills. This women did not have a clue how to wait on a table and her attitude was such that I don't believed she cared. Management needs to fix this immediately or suffer the guaranteed loss of business

The best place in Brookings for Italian eating! I am in love with the Pesto Alfredo pasta! And the choices don't stop the with a build your own pasta plus several choices of handmade personal pizzas! This is A #1 the best place for big groups and families! Very much like fine dining with an extensive wine list growing every week.

The longest wait of my life. These women walked in after us and they got their food first. We didnt receive our drinks until after a 15-20 min wait. (We didn't have a complicated order). I'm sure if I came into a restaurant with barely any cloths on I'd get better service. The food here was very dull and tasteless. No tip and I definitely do not recommend this place. I wish I could give it no stars.

The service was terrible! It wasn't busy, yet we waited quite a while to get our order taken. Our breadsticks weren't brought out until we had already gotten our meal, same with the salads our table had ordered. The food was mediocre at best, although it may have been better had it been brought out when it was fresh. Such a disappointing experience.

Myself & five of my friends decided to try this place out for the first time on Saturday night. We got in & it was basically empty; maybe only two or three other tables were occupied. To start, we didn't receive menus. So we literally had to grab them ourselves. The service was very slow, & nobody came back to ask how our food was or if we needed anything. We would have understood if it was busy, but like I said, it was empty. The food was alright. The free breadsticks were the highlight of the night.
