Burger King

I rarely do this but this was atrocious. I went through for some dinner... WORST BK experience ever. The woman who took my order was rude. I sat AT the window for more than 10 minutes waiting. When we got home, we only had half our order and my Whopper was missing most of the ingredients it's suppose to have. It was meat and mayo with a tiny piece of lettuce and everything was cold. As I sat at the window I overheard patrons were leaving from the dining area before they go their food. MANAGEMENT... WHERE ARE YOU? You have serious problems at your store.

We went through the drive through to get a number 1, a kids meal, and mozzarella sticks. Once we left the drive through we noticed did not get our mozzarella sticks so I drove around to the front and went in the lobby. When we pulled up two employees were standing right outside the door smoking. When I got inside I stood at the counter for 20 minutes (I would have left if I was not there for something I already payed for) and was ignored by the same person who served us in the drive through line. The cook from the back came out to ask if I had been helped but it was his second day and he did not know how to help me. He spoke to the employee behind the counter who had a headset on and ear bud in so could not hear him until he physical got his attention by touching him. He told him to leave him alone. The cook went out front to get someone to help me but they told him they were on break and that it was all on him. (My family was in the car and could hear the whole conversation) 5 minutes after he came back inside so did they. The lady stopped at the front and asked me if I was the order on the screen and I told her no. She then said well what do you want. I explained that I did not get all my food from the drive through and she said well do you want it now. I of course said yes. She went to the fryer and saw that the mozzarella sticks has not been cooked yet. She dropped them in the oil for a count of 5 seconds and the brought them back up scooped them out and handed them to me. I was so mad I just left with cold mozzarella sticks. #badservice #coldfood

I asked for my burger to be lettuce wrapped they said they dont do that but they do offer it the low carb way, In a box with no bun and a fork. So I asked for it that way. We ordered other food. Got to the window and asked for a fork just in case they forgot. Get to the park and my burger is not the low carb way. It was on a bun wrapped in paper. The girl explained it to me then didn't do it. I was just confused as to why they just didn't bother to take the time to do it the low carb way. The food wasn't very good. The beef patties tasted old. I wouldn't eat there again.

Terrible. Corporate should shut this down!I have been to this Burger King About 5 times now and I am absolutely shocked at how terrible it is. They don't respect Their customer and talk to them rudely they are extremely mean and use racial slurs behind your back. Its really bad. Shame on burger King for letting this branch continue.
