I stopped for lunch 12/21/2021 and the guy that waited on me was plesent, but had a huge head of hair and a full face beard and no netting of any kind. To top this off his pants where down to his croch. Not a very good image for the store!!!

The only reason we went here was to use the "buy 1 footlong, get second one free" coupon that always comes in the mail. But of course they said the coupon doesn't work here. Had we known, we would've gone to another nearby Subway. We won't be back for sure. The sandwiches don't taste as good as they used to, so maybe this shop has changed franchisees since our last visit.

I usually go to the Brookfield rd location but decided to try this one. Boy did I make a big mistake. Ordered via the Subway app and my simple order of 3 footlongs had many issues and omitted items. Brought it to their attention but no resolution. Skip subway and grab a sandwich at another local place.

Impolite employee at the Ruby Isle Subway, and also the worst sandwich out of any Subways in the area. They skimmed on the toppings and dressing. They don’t answer their phone and the online ordering system is misleading in letting you think it’s curbside pick up until AFTER you place the order. And then it tells you that your selected store requires you to pick up inside.

Terrible. The guy forgot my ranch sauce and I had a bacon ranch chicken sandwich. Also the guy didn’t even cut my sandwich and when I opened it everything is falling out of it. That’s called laziness. Dumb. Go elsewhere, please!

This place is the best Subway I have ever been to! I get party platters every year for my son's birthday and this year they really went above and beyond. They gave me an extra platter by mistake and did not charge me for it. I will make up for it by bringing them extra business.

Excellent customer service today from Jim and Mitchell at Ruby Isle Subway when I ordered 2 party platters in the middle of a very busy morning . They had them ready in 45 minutes and were a big hit at our gathering this afternoon! Thank you!

Ive would have give 5 stars but they got ride of the honey oat bread and NO roast beef offered your a sandwich shop!!!! Also the cucumbers had a funk taste to them.
