For the time's I had gone to this Dunkin Donuts which was probably about 16 total the drink's were made correctly, & the employee's were respectful so all good.

Staff is always super nice and move quickly. Orders are on point. Area can be congested to turn out of due to construction but that's not on them.

This Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins combo makes the best milkshake hands down in the area. The donuts are typical, but the staff are the best, very friendly and exceptionally considerate. This franchisee also owns the smaller DD in Marble Hill a block away. That DD has no drive through, no parking lot either, making this an ideal rendezvous location for people heading to the Major Deegan (I-87)

Brief encounter with manager. She was very pleasant. She exchanged our coffees that another dunkin messed up. Young Hispanic man at the window was very rude and not helpful at all. Thanks to the manager for helping my morning be a little better!
