Avis sur Smashburger

We have come to enjoy the foods from Smash! The one on Broadway in the Bronx is clean, nicely run and the staff is courteous ,but the one 42nd Street and 8th Avenue, was smashing! The food is still of high quality, for fast foods, and the service is exceptional! They run this place like a typical restaurant, they bring your food to you--incredible! The bathroom is clean and the store big enough and very clean. Overall great place for good and tasty fast food.

Always make my way here for lunch whenever work puts me in the area. I LOVE the wings here. They're supposed to be Buffalo but there really isn't much sauce on them but perhaps that's a good thing as the wings are nice and crispy and not overpowered by sauce. There's a Buffalo Wild Wings just down the block but I pass it up for these babies.

The customer service was good. The restaurant looked clean. The smashfries were ok and so was the burger. I had the double patty smac and cheese burger, it was good; a little salty(but that's the burger not the Mac and cheese). I would probably try the smac and cheese burger again, but I would most likely try the tater tots instead next time.

I'm am totally hooked on smash burger. I have ordered online before and it was great the delivery was awesome because it came in one piece lol. But the day that I actually went to the restaurant even during the quarantine they were great from start to finish. The quality of the meal was to my surprise. The chicken sandwich was made to perfection and on point. I love me some sweet potatoe fries and guess what they have it. Tater tots regular fries you name it they have it. The service was great, we expected a wait due to covid-19 and I was willing to be patient. It was worth it and I'm definitely going back.

Fun fast casual burger joint with good options. Staff was friendly and efficient. Like the Brussel sprouts side option - they're frying them in oil but a little healthier than the fries... Good patty choices - would like to see buffalo burgers. Price a little higher than warranted for sides and drinks. Nice that there's a reward program. Don't know that I will go enough. Parking lot is tiny and claustrophobic.

My first time going to a Smashburger location and I was truly impressed. The place is conveniently located right off the 1 train at the 238 stop and is right across the BJ's. This way I can load up on some carbs to fuel my shopping at BJ'S which is exactly what I did during this visit. When I walked in the place was virtually empty with way more staff than customers....three customers in total. The place is so beautiful I was not able to comprehend why it was empty. The girl at the register was helpful and has a great sense of humor. I ended up getting the BBQ Bacon Cheddar Black Bean Burger with sweet potatoes fries and chipotle sauce. My stomach cannot handle regular milk or spicy food so I had to ask if it was just a hint for flavor or habanero level spicy. The entire place was very clean, great place for someone with OCD, everything was neatly and nicely organized. They have table service my food was brought out on a nice metal tray/rack. Everything tasted great. As I was about to leave...5pm WHOA! It's like a whole swarm of customers with children descended on this location...the line was to the exit door the entire time after 5pm then I realized kids get a free meal after 5pm with purchase of an adult meal! SCORE....for parents...and their beneficiaries! I highly recommend, especially if you have a kid, or two, or three. I will definitely grab a bite here every weekend I go to BJ'S.
