Mcdonald's

It's the customer service at this McDonald's that makes it stand out. I'll go out of my way to take friends there just to experience the service. It's like Alice falling through a fast-food looking glass into an alternate world, especially when they realize that they're still in the Bronx in New York City.

This was the cleanest McD I've ever been to. I ordered from a kiosk with number 42 as my dine in number. The food order was brought out to me. The server was really cordial. I needed, and without looking, I hadn't noticed one on the tray. Thank you for making me feel at peace with ordering. Best customer service.

This McDonald's location is one of my favorite stops even though there is one much closer to where I live. The staff are always friendly and restaurant is always clean. The wait sometimes can be a bit annoying, especially since the new upgrade to two lanes- I could never figure out why the side that I'm not on, gets their order placed before me when I arrived first...lol! Lately, the nuggets are overfried, and dry and seem to be a waste of money. Smoothies are on point!! What tends to annoy me however, is the fact that I'm sitting in my car alone and I've ordered 4 drinks and handed them individually without a holder. Yep, my imaginary relatives sitting inside would be happy to hold them while I drive. 🤪

I don't really review fast food like this but my pregnant wife was craving mcchicken sandwich and fries. Shout out to the night crew for providing one of the best and fresh sandwiches, she ever had to were she cried how the bread wasn't burn. She cried over how hot and fresh the fries were so Thank you night crew for making my pregnant wife happy.
