Staff sometimes feel lost and at times unwilling to please customers. Example, I ordered a sundae and was told they only serve ice cream and nothing more cause there were no toppings, then I had to remind the staff how they do carry and provide whipcream and caramel or chocolate syrup toppings for their coffee drinks, and how I was ok with them using that to make my sundae, had to repeat this several times as the employee continued to ask me if I was sure, as tho sundaes don't have whip cream nor syrup. Sometimes they don't know who ordered what, as in they don't know if the order they just prepared is Uber, online or ordered in person. Sometimes they close before they are scheduled to. At least they prepare the food correctly and will fix anything they messed up. Parking is free and there is at certain days option to purchase thru their window.

Nice gentleman on the register without me knowing did something nice for me , I think this is the only DD ILL attend from now on he didn’t look like he was having a good day and without me knowing he did that , my days have been unwell and I think he brought a little life back so thank you. This was around 625 @ the one on southern 2/12/20. Whoever you are I hope DD appreciates you! Maybe I’ll ask for his name next time .
