Dunkin'

I would think putting 3 correct donuts in a bag would be in the top 5 easiest jobs on the planet. Evidently, people paid $12/hour struggle with this. Pretty sure this was intentional too, because the top donut was flipped upside down to resemble a glazed. I always check because this isn't the first time they screwed up my order. When you have children and one hates strawberries, maybe you'll understand.

One star because they were kind enough to remove Donuts from their name. They rarely have a decent selection of donuts other than scraps unless you come early in the morning. Friendly staff but the owners need to plan better. The drive-thru line is also very long and I suppose it is because they don’t have what people are trying to order. Today half of their donut trays were just closed.

Horrible. Stopped by the Broadview Hts Dunkin' this morning with my husband for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The breakfast sandwiches were tasteless (but edible if you're really hungry) and the coffee was horrible. I tried one sip and could not drink it. It was extremely bitter (old coffee, burned). Went to dump it out and found grounds and sludge at the bottom of the cup. Hard to believe they would serve this to a customer ($1.89 for the coffee and $0.50 for almond milk really???). Not a great way to start the day. Should have gone up the road to GetGo, they have delicious coffee.
