I go here a lot with my husband for brunch or lunch and the wait staff lately has really improved! Particularly there is a newer gentleman, Dylan, that works here and he is absolutely wonderful! Every time we go in he is super friendly and always smiling even when he gets rude customers. He always cracks a joke with my husband and does his best. he just puts a smile on your face. Really amazing at customer service!! And The food is always delicious as of lately….

This place was unbelievably unprofessional. I ordered pickup and they gave us the wrong order so I had to call and they immediately threw other employees under the bus and then gave me attitude because they blew the order. So I had to drive all the way back just to get what I should have gotten the first time. No apology, no compensation. They also made me re order everything over the phone because they couldn't be bothered to look my order up. So again, we grab our order and I notice another item missing on my way home and I call again. Takes them 7 minutes to answer and im greeted with more attitude. So on my third trip back I finally have my order and go home. The order still wasn't right but at this point I'm done with it. I emailed Bob evans customer service and they didn't even bother getting back to me. I'll never come here again and the entire establishment should be ashamed

I had Sarah. Wonderful waitress with nice personality. Had the farmers choice i believe it was called. Eggs were more done than I wanted them to be, no yolk, but I was on the phone when they were brought to the table hot. I like yolk with the hashbrowns and told Sarah I woukd like two more eggs even if I was to pay for them. Wow! So fast she had them out there ...before the other stuff got cold. Very impressed with her and the cook. Thank you Bob Evans #585!!

The waitress couldn’t even be polite enough to say hello. When I said Thank you when she brought things to the table - I received no response and never eye contact. I don’t need exemplary service - I need the slightest hint of politeness. Considering she keeps sitting with the table behind us and chatting - she should at least fake it with us.
