Roost

Roost 1, Roost 2 .. Roost n Well, all those take away are named the same. The roost salad is good and healthy options. The roost sandwich store got good options and a couple of vegetarian options. Just that lady on the counter should keep a little smile on her face, on my 1st visit I felt little strange the way she was responding. After a couple of visits, I understood her being all fine just not have a smiley face. But the sandwiches were delicious.

Food tastes good and offers relative good value for money on a couple of meals. It has to be said though that there’s cross contamination going on like crazy. Same gloves on touching loads of different food types with food dropping into other pots - yes, they’re busy but really?! I’ve been to a few places like this in my time (Philpotts or even Subway do a better job at not being this messy). Lord have mercy on you if you don’t see that they are a cashless shop. The angry lady that manages the tills and coffees will have your head!

Food is top notch, great variety and flavour, can’t understand the comments slating the portion sizes, they’re more than generous. Only good things to say about the staff! Pricing is to be expected considered it’s in the middle of a business park, but would love Roost to offer some form of loyalty card scheme.
