This location is the worst of all the Dunkins in Bristol. Poor service, weekend employees are non attentive to customers and repeatedly make mistakes on orders. They are too busy with their cells and talking to each other to do their job. Please close this location and open a real dunkin store nearby.

I asked for a hot chocolate with milk and 1 sugar and they didnt give me neither. I ordered a coffee with hazelnut swirl and i got Vanilla. They dont listen i repeated myself multipe times and they still got my order wrong and it was not the first time.

Well let's just say this I'm happy with dunkin'. Let's face it they make a good cup of Joe, the price is good and they know how to make your order. Unlike others out there. I won't say any names but they cost a lot of bucks..

The staff is super friendly and very quick and accurate on the orders. They make every customer feel important. We are always greeted with a smile and warm welcome. It's the only Dunkin Donuts I want to use

Horrible customer service! I needed to check how much money I had before getting a smoothie added to my order and the entire time they were making it, they were yelling "Well she needs to be parked now" "Park her NOW". As a customer that makes me feel rushed and as though they're bothered with my order. Then to top it off I'm already rushing to work and they made my smoothie with so much extra vanilla bean that the smoothie tasted gross. Horrible horrible

I ordered on the app this morning a multigrain flat bread with veggie cream cheese and they gave me a non toasted multigrain with nothing on it. It looks like they put a spot of cream cheese. Disgusting. Can’t even do something simple.
