to start the employees were scratching their heads and playing with their hair without gloves, then proceeded to start preparing customers food without gloves and did not wash their hands. got home and my chicken sandwich was literally raw. after taking a few bites, i noticed the pink and have been sick ever since.

My son and i went to p/u our online order here (farmington ave bristol, ct)it was a SUPER CRAZY RIDICULOUS HOT DAY...OVER 100°out and the ac in my car needed a recharge...so we were hot, sticky & sweaty !!
It was nice and cool inside so we decided to chill a couple minutes. The 6 people that were behind the counter were just standing there all huddled together STARING at my son and i while we sat a booth. Whispering and staring at my son and myself ..and occasionally making a face at us. It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable for me. We didnt end up staying long to cool off. I felt like we were being pushed out. After just spending over 30 bucks on food that wasnt even that great anyhow. Not impressed with this kfc location! Wll not be returning ever again!!!

Can't get online orders correct. Something is always missing or done incorrectly. This most recent time was that we requested a number of dipping sauces, which were listed on the order slip, and only received four. They also refuse to answer their phone.

Went there asked if I could have my chicken fresh but to my surprise it wasn't. Asked for half extra crispy and original and it all was over cooked and smelled like old dish water.

I love kfc but the ginger girl at the drive thru is rude. She didn’t say not one word she didn’t even greet me I said thank you and she just looked at me and shoved my food in my car basically

Stopped by for quick bite not realizing how close to dining area closing time it was .the staff working Tuesday night were extremely accommodating, the place was spotlessly clean.the young lady in charge of team was upbeat and at top of her game..frankly I can't remember the last time my wife and I had such a positive experience at a fast food joint

Fed up. We just gave this place component soft doing so good this year. Potatoes fluffy and not gummy slop like before. Chicken cooked perfectly juicy and a nice tan batter. Biscuits fluffy and soft, and gravy thick. Then we went again. We ordered family bucket. 8 piece chicken, over cooked, dark brown super hard fry. We didn't get breasts, 3 thighs, 3 dummies and two wings. Biscuits were HARD. All we ate was potatoes and gravy. It's based on the manager working. One doesn't have quality control.
