Black Milk Coffee

This venue is close to the train station and local shops. One of 3 in the Black Milk family where they showcase their own roasted beans. Homey vibes with a great spacious layout, lounge out the back and reading nooks. The food is ok, basic cafe menu with room for improvement. Can be busy at times with increased wait time on food and coffee. My last visit was good, friendliness was initiated by me, we weren't greeted and the only costumers to enter at the time. As it was quiet, coffee was fast. The coffee was just not as good as ground zero at their roasting venue up the road, missing the punch. For a coffee business I feel the coffee should always be on point but here it's hit and miss. The extraction was too coarse, it just didn't hold the flavour. Another letdown is no disability access and lack there of. It alienates several of us in the community and our friends and family that are elderly or with physical disabilities. All in all a great local and popular dog friendly breakfast setting.

Love Black Milk Coffee, I always try to pop by when I work in the area. Each sip gives you that warm hug feeling. Perfectly smooth taste, while giving you enough of string coffee taste. Friendly staff, quick service and the food and treats always look so delicious. Definitely recommend! Keep up the great work guys!

Oxley venue - No customer service, all staff look to busy to be bothered, greeting was initiated by ourselves, as we hadn’t been here before no one welcomed us or informed us as to how to order and then when we finally did we were shown the menu on the whiteboard which was pretty much a shortened version of what we had looked at online before going in and did not include the items I was wanting to order.
