Everyone working here is so kind and happy. Melissa was very lovely to chat with. Everyone there was courteous and prepared my food and drink so quickly. The ambiance is amazing. As a plant lover I appreciated all the plants!
Give these people a raise they’ve raised the bar on friendless, courtesy, and timing.

It’s as if God goes to this Starbucks only and decided he needed to have his angels personally serve him coffee. Then to give all those who now too visit this establishment a moment of pause just to know that all may go wrong in this world. Yet when you enter this Starbucks a monument of satisfaction and perfection is boldly hung overhead... this with not the least bit of entitlement by any of the individuals that work there. Only just teamwork and love for all those who enjoy how coffee brings all of us together, never apart..

I love this store. Every time I go to Brighton I always go there. The people who work there are very friendly and nice and get my Venti Americano made the way I like especially temperature wise since the hot water at most Starbucks is close to the temperature of the surface of the sun!

I think the new management is fantastic! I love going into the store, it is always so welcoming! The employees are absolute delights, all day and early evening too!

There is a guy named Garrett that works here and he doesn't know how to listen to directions. He was extremely rude and messed up my order two times, Instead of fixing it he just decides a refund would be best. I can't wait until I talk to his manager. This was the worst service at a Starbucks I have ever had.

This Starbucks staff is the best by being kind and efficient. The drinks they make always consistent and are prepared exactly as ordered. This is my favorite Starbucks to visit.

When I was there both bathrooms' toilets were clogged up, and I had to go another Starbucks. I don't think it's the employees' fault but rather either the people who did the plumbing or the clientele for flushing stuff down they shouldn't be flushing.
