Ordered 4 items via Uber Eats but only 3 were delivered. No refund for the missing items by either Greggs or Uber Eats. Poor experience and shoddy customer service.

Pulled in just after 1.10pm shelves were practically bare and very little to offer on the bakery part would have thought there would have been more on offer at lunchtime, never known this previously always had choice, could have been short staffed as only one person up front of house at the time. No complaints about food a quick snack .

Bacon was cold and the staff handled the roll with dirty hands very poor training in hygiene
