Went through the drive thru and asked if I could get a tin of coffee for my coffee maker and was told they do not have them and only have k-cups. However when I pulled out of the drive-thru, I looked through the window and saw a display rack full of coffee tins and bags. Ended up having to go inside to purchase a tin when I didn't have to.
I don't appreciate being lied to just to the staff didn't have to walk the distance to go get it. Poor customer service.

My best friend and I went through this Tim Hortons the other day in the drive thru, and the employee at the drive thru completely cut her off when placing her order. She wouldn’t let her finish a sentence before double checking her order. My friend was not happy, and neither was I. I understand they double check the orders before completing, but please let the customer finish speaking before doing so. Was also waiting what felt like an eternity in the lineup. Not impressed.

These guys are our regular tims.....a few of them are snobby but a few are very nice and always have smiles to give!

Ordered the new Brewed ice coffee the vanilla cream flavor. Found the drink to be warm and flavorless as if watered down. Not a fan based on this experience.

Each time I decide to visit this Tim's, I invariably find the wait to be served very long, especially the drive thru. Today was 15 minutes - much too long and this is not a one off - it is all too frequent. The staff are not at fault - I can say that - they are trying. I do feel they are understaffed and likely poorly motivated and this is reflecting poorly on the place and management in particular. Discouraging.
