99 Restaurants

We want to thank Kendra who is the General Manager at the Bridgewater 99 location. She is amazing and is totally classy ! She treats her customers well and makes sure all her customers are happy and satisfied with their visits to the restaurant. I have been going to this location for years and she is the best we have ever dealt with. Total class !

Ordered an item through DoorDash, and attempted to call in to add addition salsa. The first person that answered the phone put it down and didn’t come back after 3 or so minutes. I called back, and was left in queue for 5 minutes or so, then was disconnected. Calling back, I was put on hold and then again disconnected. The fourth time, I waited for 30 or so and a gentleman came on to tell me they don’t answer phones anymore. When I explained what I was trying to do, I was put back on hold and someone else came on the line to ask me what I needed. I explained I had tried to contact them a number of times about my order, and they let me know that if my order hadn’t keft, they’d put some salsa in and then hung up. 1/5 seems reasonable.
