Panera Bread

This is fairly close to my house, so i have been here many times. Many of the folks that work here don't seem to be very friendly. Not a great qualification for food and bev industry. This morning, two of us approached the counter to order. We were the only customers at the counter. None of the three employees behind the counter even acknowledged us for about a minute. I don't get it. Plus, the knife they brought w my food looked dirty.

This is honestly the worse Panera around. I have had so many bad experiences and I keep giving them more changes. We no more. Today I ordered lunch for myself and co-workers and had a coupon for free delivery so went that route. Our order came quickly via Door Dash no problem. However, an item was incorrect. We paid for a bowl of soup but received a cup. I called the cafe to let them know and the manager immediately got irate and said that I placed the order via Door Dash and i need to take it up with them. I was trying to tell her that I placed the order via the Panera App but she kept yelling over me. I finally got that message across and said that Door Dash only picks up the order and the manager started screaming at me saying how rude I was!!!!! This person was acting like an insane person! She finally spat that she would refund me the amount for the soup. She asked for my credit card. I told I paid through Paypal and she wanted that account #. At that point, I told her I didn't even want the refund. I have never been screamed at like that over a wrong order. I was never rude, This was the most unprofessional, horrible person I have ever had to deal with. I won't be going there ever again!

This has to be the worst panera bread in Pittsburgh.The people that work there a very rude and dont wear gloves or masks and seem not to care when they cough everywhere near the food.and if you can get over that then maybe you can get over the fact they have flies landing and flying all over the pastrys and bagels so disgusting i walked out and will not return i might just call and report this to the health inspector. After seeing those flys all over the food I WILL NOT BE BACK. Panera bread IN BRIDGEVILE = SICKNESS ... BE CAREFUL DO NOT GO

Today is March 4_2022, I was to get rapid pickup for 12:00 today! I sat there for 15 minutes and no one brought me my order out, so I had to go in side and there were 3 young girls who worked there standing around talking! Some 1 could have brought orders out, there was a lady waiting before me and she had to take her baby out and get her own order as well,poor service is not good for business
