This place needs to be closed. Every time I have been it takes forever to be able to order your food. My last experience I waited for probably 20 minutes in the drive thru to order my food. I ordered 4 beefy 5 layer burritos without the tortilla shell and without beans. To be told it was gonna cost more. I mean really I do this all the time and this was a first. Less food for more money. I think you either need to close the doors or fire all your help and start over. JS.

Waited in the drive thru for like 20+ min. We only ordered 3 soft tacos no lettuce, a crunch wrap supreme no lettuce and a 3 pc chicken and biscuit only. When we got home the crunch wrap didn't really have anything in it and it was burnt. The 3 soft tacos were almost hard shell. So I will not be going back for a long time. Oh the chicken was fine.

Tried and tried and tried, to give this Taco Bell location, the benefit of doubt over this past year. The food is ok, most times edible, about what you’d expect for a Taco Bell. This rating is about the staff, that doesn’t seem to want to work at all, and seem appalled any time someone comes and interrupts “their” time. Word of advice kiddos, turn your headset mic off before making any rude comments, about someone trying to order food during “your hangout” time. Hope that girl on the mic, gets that spray the other girl was wearing, it sounded like that was more important that helping a customer that’s trying to bring this location business. June 14th, 2022 shortly after 8:00pm.

Taco Bell is one of my favorite places to eat. However, Bremen Taco Bell makes sure they ruin the experience everytime. And don't blame Covid or the work shortage, because this location had issues before all of this started 2 years ago. Many times the lights are on but no one will come to the drive through. Or they close early, or don't open. Many times they have messed up my order. Tonight takes the cake though - I pulled up to the drive through hoping to order dinner for my family. Instead I am told (by someone I am pretty sure is the manager) that they can not take my order for atleast 10 minutes, because they are too tired and need a break. Well guess what? I worked 12 straight hours today, I am tired too, and just needed dinner! I can promise you that your job is not as strenuous as mine. If I decided I was too tired to work, I would be fired. And in my line of work, possibly arrested for not doing my job. This location should just go ahead and close permanently since they refuse to serve the customers. I really hate to leave such a bad review, but I am hoping the owner sees this as the store manager doesn't seem to care about the customers. Maybe the owner doesn't care either, I don't know. But this store really needs to get it togerher.

Asked to have my Quesalupa fried longer because it always comes out more dough than crunch..poor presentation of the Quesalupa. Wanted to complete a survey to express my disappointment guess what she didn't place the receipt in the bag. Pretty sneaky Sis!! Bremen needs more vegetarian options because @TACOBELL clearly SUCKS!
