Dunkin'

The attached pics are the hash browns that I recieved this morning. I'm not sure why they look like someone already tried to eat them and then spit them back out. It makes sense tho because they tasted worse than they looked. It was like they dipped them in cold dirty grease and then put them directly in my bag. I made my order at the indoor counter and when my food was ready the lady literally tossed the bag towards the counter and already had her back to it by the time it landed. Maybe that's why the hash browns looked that way? The were very busy...but that's not excuse for nasty food and attitudes. My tomato basil grilled cheese wasn't terrible..but you gotta eat it quick or it turns into rubber.

I ordered a caramel iced latte and told them no cinnamon on the whipped cream. They put it on there and I told them I needed it with no cinnamon. They literally took the drink back and scraped off the whipped cream and gave it back so I have cinnamon all in my drink. I cannot have cinnamon as I have a horrible reaction to it so for them to do that irritates me when I just spent a ton of money on this coffee.

I’m super annoyed. I stopped by before work. I asked for a caramel iced coffee with almond milk and an egg and cheese croissant with hash browns. First of all, I just got an iced coffee with no caramel and then I got a sausage patty in my croissant? I’m vegetarian, and this is highly annoying when I’m spending at least 7 dollars on a meal and only got one think right, the hash browns. The workers really need to pay attention to what they’re giving their customers. This is not okay…

So from off the tip, I’m not to sure which girl was taking my order through the drive thru, absolutely rude as can be, attitude from hell, wouldn’t give me a second to figure out my order, even though it took me less than 2 minutes to order. My croissant Was burnt. My fiancés lemonade was just legit water. How can this be called lemonade.. I will not come back here. This was my first experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts this was so disappointing.

This location is new and the store looks very nice the customer service lacks and many levels. I stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged for at least 5 minutes. It took another young man to just start his shift before I was even asked have I been helped yet, when you have five other women working behind the counter. The food quality is poor they just throw whatever together and all the donuts taste frost burned. Management please work on customer service skills with the employees. Nice store but they don’t make you feel welcomed.

Order was taken promptly. Individual prices Black Med Coffee. Cost 10.03 I asked for knife fork 3 times. Maria order taker got me wares. Female with headset stated we normally do not give Wares with order. I asked for coffee refill after eating in. I was informed by same employee. No refills You purchase another cup. I told her thank you and left. Later days at Waffle House. I had 3 egg plate with grits biscuits gray and 3 CUPS COFFEE NO EXTRA CHARGE. Value priced meal at 9.90. And was GIVEN METAL KNIFE AND FORK without asking. Duncan’s are Ok. But Not for the hassle. Guess where my next meal will be. Not Here. Maria was only one willing to assist without “looks” or prompt service and Not on personal phone Ticket # 7333

The first time I came here everything was alright, but this second time I wish I could give 0 stars. My coffee was okay, but my avocado toast was AWFUL. Barely any spread and the bread tastes like it was sprayed in chemicals. Literally had one bite and all I taste is that horrible bread. I waited for 5 minutes for something I can’t even eat. What a waste of money. Will not come back to this location.
