Don’t get me wrong - I’m a die hard Starbucks customer . But I finally decided to write a review for this specific Starbucks location at the TA area in Branford CT. Miserable miserable staff. Everyone, EVERYTIME . Been here more than a dozen times only because the location is convenient when traveling - but - please do something HR or whoever is in charge of manpower training . Your crew over here needs a refresher on customer service. You gotta love your job and show some joy in completing your tasks . No hello no thank you. Oh and yes we could improve on dress code or attire ? The barista today was wearing gray sweat pants … And yes, maybe a refresher course on how to make those ever popular Starbucks cold drinks And frappes ? Caramel ribbon crunch means there should be crunch on it, no?

Hands down the worst Starbucks experience ever. Even though this is inside a truck stop, it's even WORSE than what you would expect for the location. Walking up to the counter and the barista was resting her chin in her hand and just looked at me (maybe she was hungover? Sad?, I don't know). She had no knowledge of the menu and kept forgetting other customers food items. The other barista made my drink wrong, I mean...I ordered a vanilla latte...how do you forget the vanilla?? I didn't have any weird requests or anything. And the way she corrected it would easily be a food and safety violation. The place itself is disgusting, coffee grinds, milk, food, other liquids, etc all over the counters and floor. So, in a nutshell...go across the street to dunkin or skip the area all together.
