Was yelled at for going up to the rapid pick up station to pick up my order. If you don't want customers to go near an employee only area, then move the rapid pickup out of that area like they have in other Panera locations.
Other option is to move the rapid pickup to a more obvious employee only zone if you want an employee to hand customers their orders; as opposed to an open easily accessible area.

I really enjoy the food, though it is pretty expensive. On occasion when i order a whole sandwich I'll get 3/4 of one. And today when i ordered the green goddess cob salad i got 1/4 and avocado when the usually give you half of one

Healthy food and very friendly and professional staff. This location is inside Westfield Brandon mall and has a nice seating area and outdoor view. Only thing is they close by 8 pm which seems a bit early for a happening place like the mall.

The worst experience I have ever had from this place. I couldn't believe it. The broccoli for the bread bowl was overcooked. They added a garlic spread on my chicken sandwich when I said no garlic spread but with MAYO on the side.

Quick, friendly service! I ordered through the app from my table using the "dine in, order at any table" option. My strawberry poppyseed chicken salad was customized correctly and tasted fresh. They were out of chips. I overheard the manager saying there is a chip shortage (😳 not that, too!), so I got a baguette...😋. I frequently saw someone cleaning tables & acknowledging customers with a smile or hello.

Good food. Service personnel courteous. The line for ordering was not well defined & instead of person @ front of line approaching first of 4 registers to open, two customers waiting just jumped ahead to the registers closest to them to place their order

For the first time I came to this panera was and it is my first experience so unpleasant, so bad service on the part of the cashier named Amanda. They should put another person who will serve customers better and provide good service always with a smile.I have always been a loyal customer of panera and I like all its products, its soups, but it is very unpleasant to be able to eat on the spot with a person who has treated you so badly. The person, her name is Amanda. They should remove it.

Friday lunch at work. Ordered early in the morning for lunch delivery...It came 30 minutes later. So we had to refrigerate some of it. Ordered half salad and turkey and avocado sandwich. Salad extremely small. Everything was fresh and tasted good.
Coworker ordered pizza and smoothie. One of the ingredients in the smoothie was bad, and she had to throw it all away. Her pizza ended up being cold because it arrived 2.5 hours before lunch.
