It's a busy Maccas but the drive thru queue usually moves pretty quickly

For the drive through a gentleman standing outside taking the orders, telling us the value of order, payment taken quickly and food waiting for us. Lovely hot breakfast and polite staff.

Hidden away, next to a lake and park. Friendly staff. Excellent service. My nephew had a meal at switchover. So he had the last hash brown, and the first veggie dippers!

It’s McDonald’s. It’s fine. Food was exactly as expected. Toilets were usable and clean, no problems getting a seat. Queues for the drive thru are nuts, but we didn’t use that.

As you'd expect at a McDonalds, really except there were no screens to order from, so you have to go up and order in person. Service was speedy, and staff were helpful. There is plenty of parking and a very good driving system to prevent traffic.

Bear in mind - they don't accept McDonald's App, no screens to order. However service is much quicker than Wandsworth or Tooting ( they do have all these gadgets)

So impressed with this branch! My heart sank when I saw the long queue after swimming at 7:30pm on a Friday but WOW talk about efficient staff! There were 2 young friendly lads with ipads taking orders from us in the queue which moved really fast. We then paid and instantly went to next window for our order which was done and bagged, I don't even know where the queue went 🤣 we honestly "queued", ordered, paid and collected within about 3 minutes! All order was there, hot and fresh! So impressed and wish local ones to us worked in this way! Well done to the staff of this branch! 👏 p.s The new chicken Spanish fiesta is banging!! I'm not even going to take a star away for not having ice drinks available as I was so impressed with the efficiency!

Overall review! I give this a 5 star! It was probably the best McDonald's I ever went to in my life. David the store manager was there, and he made sure everything was moving smoothly! You know they meant business when all the chips were stacked up! Despite it being a busy period, we ordered our food and we were served not too long. There were no queues. To be honest, I never saw as many staff in one kitchen. The place was clean and even the toilets were pleasant!
Of course we were lucky on that day and probably when you go, it might not be the same.
My only criticism is that I felt the chips were not crispy enough, however, I found that it was the same as many other McDonald’s. Maybe they have reduced the cooking time overall.
Parking: lots of space when we arrived. It appeared the majority of people go through the drive through!
Price: given the fact everything has gone up like crazy, McDonald’s seems crazily cheap.

Ate here with the kids. When the Drive Thru is busy it backs up so anyone wanting to park and eat in has to wait in the drive thru queue.
Inside is clean; old school feeling as this one doesn't have any self order machines.
Staff were friendly and food was served quick.
Not part of McDonald's but there is a big park opposite that's great for the kids to relax in. Few benches also so could eat mcd there.
