This hipster taco dive in Bozeman serves mouthwatering fusion tacos. Staff was helpful choosing what to order. Only disappointment was not listening to him and ordering one, rather than two tacos. You're definitely going to want to eat two! There's outdoor seating, indoor stools and booths, which I'd love to try next time. If you're looking for fast, affordable, local fare and want to skip chain restaurants - go to Taco Montes!

I’ve been a fan for many years. Always have had a delicious meal. The staff is on it! Ordered a large order with tons of different tacos and everything was correct and delicious. Great food and service- always!

Taco Montes will make you see God
I am leaving this review in hope of earning Taco Montes a well-deserved 5/5 stars. As a recent transplant and former chef, I was curious as to what Bozeman's culinary scene had to offer. After visiting Taco Montes now a handful of times, I no longer care about other restaurants. Taco Montes is it.
How do they griddle each tortilla so perfectly? How do they chop the salsas so beautifully? How is every taco they put out so perfectly balanced, so satisfying?!?!
I pray I may never find out, if only to continue enjoying these tacos for life. If the owner happens to read this, please contact me, as I want to shake your hand.

WOW. Went here on a whim and boy oh boy was it a fantastically delicious choice!!! Such great flavors! My Baja and Discada tacos were great! We got a large Fresco nacho to share with the table and we couldn’t get enough! GO EAT HERE!!

The tacos were good, they had good flavor and texture. That being said, they were slow. Really slow.

I remember the tacos being a little overpriced for a college town - but they were good. So can't complain there! They did take a little longer to get delivered but that could be to the worker shortage all around. Great 'hip' spot for tacos near campus. We just happened to stop in on our way from BZN to Yellowstone.

Fun menu picking taco or nacho style, meat preference, and topping style. Thought the food was good and well priced, just not the best Mexican I've had. I don't hand out 5 stars like candy is at Halloween.

Awesome place! Super good tacos! Recommend the luau with pork belly (a worker favorite, thanks to them for recommending!)
