Dunkin'

Ordered XL black coffee and two donuts on app. Four customers in store. No greeting when entering store except mine. I waited next to where they put to go orders. Found it interesting I continued to not being acknowledged. Finally got coffee but no donuts Had to ask for my donuts and again no eye contact or acknowledgement. After a bit another customer pointed to a bag just put down and it was mine. Don't need it to be rainbows when a customer walks in but at least acknowledge them. Quality and taste of coffee and donut was fresh and good.

Thought i would try something different on the menu. I was not happy with the new recently added menu item of Lobster Topped Stuffed Flounder. Flounder was paper thin, and only two tiny specs of lobster on top that were unrecognizable. Mostly bread stuffing under yhe fish with a over salted beurre blanc sauce. My wifes baked potato was not hot and ordered another one immediately on arrival of her dinner. Server said I will get another one. and that never happened. She eat her meal without her potato, had to track down server to get her to bring one out. By then she was done with her meal... Very disappointed... Very overpriced...

Spent 20 minutes trying to get an iced coffee at 4 o’clock in the afternoon the girl behind the counter just kept walking outside with her phone more worried about her texting conversation and I mean could you walk any slower if you tried? Obviously not concerned about customer service that should be addressed by the manager/Owner
