Dunkin'

What a horrible service. I used the app and came to this Dunkin’ because it said it had curbside. I waited outside for 20 mins. (I had two little kids with me which was why I was doing curbside) when I finally went in they said we don’t do curbside. And gave me the wrong donut selection. Would not recommend this Dunkin.

Not my favorite Dunkin but it does the job. Today I went in ealry around 5:45am. They start at 530. However, I just stood there for a good 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Finally I said: Morning, are u guys open? I got no reponse other than: We just opened so you have to wait. I believe acknowledging the customer is one of the top rules of customer service.

I'm not one to ever write reviews but since this is my 3rd bad experience here I felt the need to. The first time I went I waited patiently for my food for over 15 minutes only to be told they "forgot". The other two times my order was wrong and I had to go back. In all fairness there are only 2 teenage boys working there EVER period. This place needs management Pronto! If you're ever desperately looking for a DD.....keep driving! I swear the extra few miles will still save you time in the end!

Placed an online order only to learn they didn't have the items in stock. Asked for a refund but I was told they don't do those and I could go to another store to get my food. This was after waiting several minutes for my food. The tattooed women you have working there is very rude and not helpful in the least. I'm heavily tattooed as well, so don't go thinking that impacted my opinion of her. It's nearly 2022, Dunkin. Time to figure out how to give people refunds when you don't have the items you promote online.

I made an order and I asked nicely at first ma’am can you please warm up the bacon it’s cold and she said it’s cold and I said yes it’s cool do you mind warming it up and she’s like no we made them and we put them in the in the basket that’s how that’s what we’re told what to do and I said OK but it’s cold and I’m asking you to warm it up since I paid for it and another woman decided to jump in the conversation and started being rude towards me and the other lady saying that that’s their job and I said OK are use my money to buy this and I’m asking you to just warm it up. They didn’t even bother putting customer first which is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life so this place I do not recommend for anybody and they’re lazy workers and I hope their manager sees it
